Event Planner

You can Save and Retrieve your event plan for future use by entering your email address and pressing tha Save / Retrieve buttons. Ticking the "Send a copy to my inbox" check-box and selecting Save will send a copy of your event plan straight to your inbox for easy reference.

Sending a copy of your event plan to a colleague or friend is easy! Simply enter their email address, your name and if you like, a personal message to be sent with the floorplan. Select "Send" and your event plan will be promptly dispatched.

The main features of the Winefair event planner system is a workspace displaying the show hall floorplans, accompanied by the Winefair Dashboard featuring information about exhibitors.

Use your left mouse button to explore the Winefair halls:

• Hold down the mouse button to pan/move the floor plan around your workspace
• Rollover exhibitor stands to display stand numbers and exhibitor names (vacant stands will not feature exhibitor names)
• Click on exhibitor stands to display details within the Dashboard
• When an exhibitor appears in the Dashboard, click "Add To Planner" to begin creating your personalised event plan

Use your mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out of the floorplan:

• Roll your scroll wheel forwards to zoom in and make the plan appear larger
• Roll your scroll wheel backwards to zoom out and make the plan appear smaller
• Whilst zoomed in or out, you can again hold down your left mouse button to pan/move the floor plan around your workspace

To get the most from the Winefair event planner, simply use the pull-down lists in the Dashboard to browse by product category or exhibitor name (a). Your results will be displayed in yellow on the floorplan.

If more than one exhibitor matches your chosen product category you can switch between them using the arrow buttons (< >).

You can view an exhibitor's company profile from within the Dashboard by clicking the "Profile" button.

You can add your selection(s) to your personalised event plan use the "Add to Planner" buttons in the Dashboard. Exhibitor stands added to your event plan will change to green and a key number will appear (b).

To SAVE your event plan for future reference, simply enter your email address and click the "Save" button (c). Next time you enter the Winefair event planner system, you can RETRIEVE your plan by clicking the "Retrieve" button.

To print your event plan simply click on the icon(found at the bottom of the dashboard). Your printing options will then be displayed. Tick the items you want included in your print-out and then select 'Ok'. At this point your standard print dialog will be shown. Different operating systems vary but in most cases it's fine to just leave the original settings. Finally select "Print" to complete the task.

You can return to the London ExCeL site plan at anytime by clicking the "Go back to ExCeL site plan" link (you'll be prompted save your selections first). From the site plan you can view the location of the main hotels on the London ExCeL campus, and link to more information about booking accommodation during Winefair (both on and away from the ExCeL campus). You will also be able to link to information about travelling to the London ExCeL.

You may find it useful to keep this pop-up window open, minimising it to your taskbar for reference, as you use the Winefair event planner.
