FileX is a comprehensive web-based form management system for the event organiser, providing a hub for all parties involved in the form checking and approval process.

The system is entirely web-based which means you can access the system from any computer with a connection to the internet. Rest assured that your show data is in safe hands: data will never leak to unauthorised users and the database is backed up on a regular basis to protect against hardware failure.

We have found that show organisers sometimes make exlusivity deals with insurance brokers or sell advertising space on the system. This can easily be tied in and could make up the cost of the system and more!
