The ATC 2012 event planner will make planning your visit, simple and intuitive! The interactive floor plan displays exhibitor location information visually, the dashboard allows you to browse exhibitors by name or product/service category and you can create a personalised event plan for reference on the day.
To get the most from the event planner, simply use the pull-down lists in the Dashboard to browse by product category or exhibitor name . Your results will be displayed in the results panel within the Dashboard.
You can view an exhibitor's company profile by selecting their stand and clicking "Profile" in the Information bubble, Dashboard or in your event plan list.
Selected stands appear on the floor plan in grey.
To add a selected stand to your event plan click "Add" within the information bubble that is displayed. Alternatively, if your have multiple exhibitors displayed in the results panel, you can also use the "Add" button next to their name in that list. Exhibitor stands added to your event plan will change to red and a key number will appear.
To SAVE your event plan for future reference, Select the "Save or Retrieve your personal event plan" button below the Floor plan. When the Save/Retrieve dialog opens; enter your email address, specify if you would like a copy of your event plan sent to your inbox, indicate if you would like to receive information on the companies within your event plan and finally select Save to complete the operation.
Next time you enter the event planner system, you can RETRIEVE your plan by entering your email address and clicking the "Retrieve" button.
To share your event plan with a friend or colleague select Forward your event plan to someone you know below the Dashboard. In the dialog that appears, enter the email address to send your event plan to, Insert your name so they know who sent the event plan and select "Send". Optionally you can use the large text box to attach a message to the email.
To print your event plan simply click on the
icon(found at the bottom of the dashboard). Your printing options will then be displayed. Tick the items you want included in your print-out and then select "Ok". At this point your standard print dialog will be shown. Different operating systems vary but in most cases it's fine to just leave the original settings. Finally select "Print" to complete the task.
Finally...
You can return to the venue site plan at any time by clicking the "View the site plan" link.
